Krystal Psota, also has a BFA majoring in Dance from SFU. She specializes in teaching contemporary-modern dance, dance improvisation and composition/choreography and ballet. She has over 15 years experience both teaching and choreographing all ages and levels of dancers from 2-70 years old and beginners to advanced dancers. Krystal also has over 20 years of performance experience. To complement her dance background, she is currently obtaining her 200H Yoga Teacher Training Certification. Krystal is also a professional photographer.

Specializing in Gourmet Organic Red Russian Garlic
We consider ourselves predominantly a gourmet garlic farm. This year we are growing Red Russian Hardneck. Our garlic is available in the form of scapes, bulbs, umbel/bulbils and braids. About East Ridge Farms
East Ridge Farms began in 2013. After watching several documentaries about a) how most of the food we were consuming was over processed, full of chemicals, unnecessary additives and GMOs and b) how our current forms of mass scale agriculture are negatively affecting our planet and our health, we decided it was time for a change. East Ridge Farms was born out of a desire to know where our food was coming from and what was in it. It was also born out of a desire to reduce our carbon footprint and try to make some kind of responsible, difference in the world. We want to get our hands in the dirt... get back to the "roots" of what it means to grow food naturally and become more connected to the earth again. We hope to inspire others to do the same.
With no previous farming experience (other than growing up with parents who were avid vegetable garden growers) we are young, self taught, organic farmers with lots to learn... and so far the journey has been inspiring and enlightening!

An Adult Dance, Yoga, Fitness & Wellness Studio on the farm!
Studio 267 is officially open as of 02-13-2023! A boutique, adult oriented, dance, yoga, fitness, wellness studio located on East Ridge Farms. Surrounded by nature with tree, sky and farm views from every window, Studio267 is a studio set apart from all the rest. If you are looking for an alternative way to exercise, if you used to dance and want to get back into it, or you have danced your whole life and want to keep going, this is the place for you. Sprung floors, small class sizes (max 8 participants) and a compassionate, nurturing, laid back, non-judgmental environment will enable you to grow to become your best self. We will be growing flowers once again this year! We have decided to plant several different colours and varieties of Sunflowers, Zinnias and maybe a few new other varieties. Farm fresh flowers will be available in the farmstead from late June until the first frost. Please give us a call or send us an email for more information.
